So clearly I am WAY behind on our blog. I have been quite a slacker with our social media presence since the start of the pandemic... I am going to try to catch up a bit at a time!
We REALLY appreciate our customers, especially those who continued to show up and trust us with their memories and their safety during 2020, 2021, and beyond! 2020 was a slow time for our business (as was 2021) but we definitely feel like we are back now! We especially value and love our repeat customers who really help carry us through tough times like we experienced in 2020! Thank you!!
I will be sharing photos from some (most? all?) of our photo sessions in 2020 and 2021 in a series of posts, along with some personal photos and such to explain my lack of posts, perhaps? LOL.

Summer of 2020 was a tough time for us. My dad passed away from a sudden stroke in July 2020 and because of all the COVID related restrictions, we weren't able to be there. When we did get up to visit my mom, I spent a week scanning old photos. My dad LOVED to take photos. I scanned about 10,000 photos which was a FRACTION of what was actually there. I spent the next several months categorizing and sharing them with friends/family... this was probably what started me ignoring this blog...
In August, I got ready to head back to school (I'm a teacher)... 2020-21 and 2021-22 were by far the HARDEST school years I have experienced in my 20+ years of teaching.
