Lido Key Proposal and Engagement Photos - Kevin and Kristine - She said "yes!"

Kevin proposed to Kristine on Lido Key while we watched from afar. She said, "Yes!" and we were able to capture some lovely engagement photos at sunset after the excitement. Congratulations, Kevin and Kristine!

Sarasota Proposal and Engagement Photos at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens - Kyle and Carrie

Kyle planned an elaborate cover story to convince Carrie to come to Selby Gardens for a photo shoot so he could propose in the beautiful garden setting. They flew into town and the airline lost his luggage, which meant he had to buy new clothes, shoes, and even a substitute ring so he could pop the question! Carrie was surprised and said "Yes!" We're so glad we got to be a part of their story! (Kyle got the call that his luggage was delivered mid-way through their session, phew!)

(Side note: Jason was very excited because he got to use the 135mm f/2L and 200mm f/2L on this shoot!)

Siesta Key Beach Portraits - Plus a Secret Proposal - Dobson Family

We met the Dobson Family at the Excelsior Beach to Bay Condos on Siesta Key for a secret proposal disguised as a family portrait session. Kelsey arranged the session with us without knowing that Brian planned to propose to her in front of his family at sunset! She was shocked and of course she said "yes!" Congratulations, Brian and Kelsey!

Lido Key Secret Proposal and Engagement Photos - Andrew and Alana

We camped out in our beach chairs on Lido Key on a hot Saturday evening waiting for Andrew to pop the question. Alana was very surprised and emotional and of course, said, "Yes!" Andrew revealed his secret photographers (us!) afterwards and she was surprised again!

Here are a few photos of their special moment and a few engagement photos we took afterwards before Andrew whisked Alana away to her "birthday dinner" at Tommy Bahama's on St. Armand's Circle. (He had arranged for friends and family to meet them there, unbeknownst to Alana - another part of her big surprise!)
